Every person deserves the same opportunities to thrive, regardless of gender, wealth, or where they happen to be born. High unemployment and a mismatched education curriculum, continue to plague many a young person, graduating with high hopes, only to find that jobs are not available. Mpowered Eswatini thus seeks to contribute and be a partner of the government, in helping reduce unemployment, through technical skills training and mentorship and incubation of entrepreneurs.

Mpowered Eswatini has a comprehensive development approach. Our prime objective is to create and support meaningful activities through innovative institutions to address some of Eswatini’s most pressing economical developmental challenges, especially at the community and grass-roots level, targeting the individual, far left behind.
